I'm here to listen, support, and validate your experiences.

Sometimes our experiences leave us feeling anxious, overwhelmed and dysregulated, and that affects how we relate to others and to ourselves. I help clients reconnect with their authentic sense of self, with a focus on ADHD, autism, AuDHD, late diagnosis, masking and burnout.

Together we look at how invisible disabilities, complex relationships and systems shape the way we see the world. We make peace between the inner critic and the authentic self, and use self-compassion to make space to exhale and unmask.

The name

Why the twelfth house?

In astrology, the twelfth house holds what we keep hidden: solitude, the inner world, and healing. It's the house of the parts of ourselves we tuck away to get through the day.

For many neurodivergent people, that's the masked self: the needs, quirks and feelings put away to fit in. Twelfth House is a place to bring those parts back into the light, gently, and to rest.

What guides the work

Seen, heard and accepted.

  • Authenticity

Reconnecting with the self underneath the mask, the inner critic and the "shoulds".

  • Inclusion

Relational, culturally affirming care that honours intersectional identities.

  • Agency

You lead. Therapy is a place to find your own words, needs and direction.

  • Self-compassion

Gentle healing between the inner critic and the authentic self, with space to exhale.
